The Contours Express difference
While there are several fundamental differences in our philosophy and franchise structure, the thing that differentiates us most comprehensively from our competitors is our equipment. Unlike many other women’s fitness programmes, Contours Express does not use hydraulic equipment. Studies show women quickly reach their maximum capacity when using hydraulic equipment and subsequently cease to obtain results from their workouts.
Contours Express has designed its equipment with a weight resistance system that allows women to quickly adjust the intensity of their workout, ensuring that they continue to improve their fitness, shed excess weight and maximise the benefit of every minute. After only 30 minutes, members of all fitness levels have strengthened, shaped and toned all their major muscle groups, worked their cardiovascular system and burned up to 600 calories.
All of our franchisees and trainers are certified gym instructors, as a result of which Contours Express is a member of the Fitness Industry Association (FIA). You do not, however, need to have a background or knowledge of the fitness industry to be a successful franchisee. Our extensive training is organised to provide you with all the tools and materials necessary to open and operate your new Contours Express Fitness Studio!
A strong and proven system!
Our internationally proven franchise system will ensure that you are professionally trained with easy-to-use workbooks, manuals and videos covering general business, sales and marketing, nutritional guidance, and exercise principles and techniques. Your initial franchise fee includes one week of "Contours Express University" at our worldwide headquarters, and on-site support from a corporate trainer for your grand opening. Our services do not stop after your Contours Express club is up and running. We continue to provide:
- Permanent phone or email support to clarify issues or questions you may have on a day-to-day basis.
- A regular marketing package with camera-ready newspaper ads and flyers, and internal and external promotions designed to generate new business, all available online 24 hours a day.
