Concept Building Solutions provide a comprehensive initial training programme designed to teach a new franchisee everything they need to know to launch the franchise and develop it into a thriving business. A professional training facility has been set up at Concept's Head Office and this is complimented by practical on the job training and field support thereafter. In terms of finance, many banks will lend up to 75% of the initial Franchise Fee but may require some form of security depending upon your financial status. We have prepared a generic business plan that helps with each Franchisee's application. The amount of working capital required is mainly influenced by each Franchisee's advertising spend and the level of personal drawings during the start up period.
Our management franchise is focused on building insurance claims management and Franchisees require no previous experience. Franchisees project manage the claim and liaise between the insurer and the home owner to effect as speedy a repair as the insurance process will allow. We have several franchisees who in their first year, each averaged a turnover of £300,000 and a net profit of between £90,000 - £110,000.
